C945 CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Filler
The C945 is available in 3 different configurations: as a semi-automatic tube filler with manual feed and orientation of tubes, or semi-automatic with pre-arrangement for future automation, or as a fully automated unit capable of reaching speeds up to 45 tubes per minute.
This unit can be equipped with either hot seal or hot jaws to seal plastic tubes, or a metal tube crimping unit for metal tubes. Like the C630, it also features a swing-out filling station which allows for footswitch-operated dispensing of product directly into bottles or jars.
As with all CO.MA.DI.S tube fillers, these Italian-made machines are built to the highest cGMP standards. There are over 3000 machines in use throughout the world in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries. |
