C960 & C970 CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Fillers
The C960 and C970 are available in 3 different configurations: as a semi-automatic tube filler with manual feed and orientation of tubes, or semi-automatic with pre-arrangement for future automation, or as a fully automated unit capable of reaching speeds up to 60 tubes per minute (70 per minute for C970 model).
This unit can be equipped with either hot seal or hot jaws to seal plastic tubes, or a metal tube crimping unit for metal tubes. Available options include heated hopper, nitrogen purging and explosion-proof systems.
As with all CO.MA.DI.S tube fillers, these Italian-made machines are built to the highest cGMP standards. There are over 3000 machines in use throughout the world in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries.
