CD150 & CD180 CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Fillers
The CD150 and CD180 are fully automatic tube fillers capable of reaching speeds up to 150 tubes per minute (180 per minute for CD180 model).
This unit can be equipped with either hot seal or hot jaws to seal plastic tubes, or a metal tube crimping unit for metal tubes. Machine can be customized to fill both plastic and metal tubes, with a 5-minute, tool-less changeover.
Available options include heated hopper, nitrogen purging, explosion-proof, and laminar flow sterile systems.
As with all CO.MA.DI.S tube fillers, these Italian-made machines are built to the highest cGMP standards. There are over 3000 machines in use throughout the world in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries.
