RTV CO.MA.DI.S. Jar Filler & Capper
The RTV Jar Filler and Capper is a small footprint machine that provides multiple operations within the same unit: dispensing of product, product leveling, trimming and positioning of aluminum foil, foil thermosealing, manual or automatic under-cap feeding with pick-and-place unit, manual or automatic cap feeding with pick-and-place unit and automatic cap torquing.
The RTV can be equipped with either manual or automatic feeding of empty jars and is capable of reaching speeds up to 60 jars per minute.
As with all CO.MA.DI.S equipment, these Italian-made machines are built to the highest cGMP standards. There are over 3000 tube fillers in use throughout the world in the pharmaceutical, cosmetic, chemical and food industries. |
