The Kalish Kalisort 100, with speeds of up to 100 bottles per minute depending on bottle size, is one of the smallest bottle feeders on the market.

Autosort 300 Bottle Unscrambler
This compact, economical belt and hook bottle unscrambler is capable of speeds up to 300 bottles per minute, depending on container. Tool-less changeover makes the Autosort 300 an operator’s dream and the optional, fully adjustable hopper disk takes it one step further: no change parts needed for different sizes of containers.
Optional bottle cleaning is also available and can be incorporated without any increase in the footprint of the machine.
Swiftpack Swiftsort Linear Bottle Unscrambler
The Swiftpack Linear Unscrambler offers two unique feeding systems; with Step Feeder or with Disk Feeder. The Step Feeder utilizes flighted steps to position containers onto a belt orientation system. The Disk Feeder version uses the same orientation system but is fed using a rotary format and is capable of unscrambling up to 40 different bottle types with a few simple change parts.
These unscramblers can attain speeds of up to 240 bottles per minute, and can be integrated into existing lines and synchronized to line outputs where container back-up controls will start and stop the system on demand.
Swiftpack Swiftsort Rotary Bottle Unscrambler
Swiftsort Rotary unscramblers are available in 3 sizes using a rotary starwheel system, designed for simple operation with minimal use of change parts. These systems are capable of handling up to 150 containers per minute dependent on product size.
Bottles are randomly loaded into a large covered hopper where they are raised into the starwheel by the flighted infeed. The starwheel separates the bottles and loads them into pockets where products are transported to a secondary starwheel for placement onto a conveyor.
Changeover of bottle formats is simple and changeover can be completed within 5 minutes without the use of tools.

Nova Auto-Twist Bottle Blower
This continuous motion bottle blower can handle both glass and plastic bottles at speeds up to 150 bottles per minute, depending on container. Using a container inverting air blowing system, air cleaning nozzles continuously blow air while the bottle is inverted through the twist cage.
King IL/BB Bottle Blower
This inline bottle blower uses an oscillating nozzle system that ensures that particles dislodged from inside the containers drop from the inverted necks by a continuous blast of air. Highly efficient vacuum extraction removes the debris from a collection trough beneath the purging nozzles. This robust machine features stainless steel design and interlocked safety guarding. Vacuum pump and bacterial filters are available options.
Nova Model 65 Pharmaveyor® Conveyor
...is a sanitary, pharmaceutical grade conveyor that features inverted “U” conveyor frame, elevated conveyor chain, idler & DC drive ends and is designed to eliminate tablets migrating to the inside of the conveyor frame. Power distribution wiring from a single junction box provides power via wireway receptacles to all machines on your packaging line. Lakso® QA Tablet Inspection Tables
The QA79 and QA97 Lakso® modular inspection systems are designed for either one-side or two-sided tablet or capsule inspection (with optional guides). Product is automatically fed and oriented into guides where it rotates slowly as it travels along the inspection belt and an operator then lifts off damaged or imperfect product with a vacuum pickup nozzle.
Tablets are fed out of the hopper of our QA64 large volume feeder and pass over a vibrating sifter screen which gently removes dust and chips.

Microscan® Technology
Microscan® is a high speed, empty cavity detection system that uses infrared light and advanced solid-state electronics, to detect that a tablet is present while moving through a slat. When an empty cavity is detected, the bottle with a short-count is tracked and rejected by the machine.

King slat fillers can accurately count all shapes and sizes of tablets, dragees, soft and hard gelatin capsules and provides for gentle product handling as tablets are cradled in cavities.

Features include a pneumatic gating system that automatically positions bottles under the 2” adjustable diving nozzle bar and sensors to detect if bottles are missing to prevent a fill. Fillers are easily mounted onto enclosed stainless steel cabinet base, which protects the electronics.

Lakso® 100
The economical Lakso® 100 cottoner is a new single head machine designed to cut, fold and insert a measured length of cotton, rayon or polyester into bottles at speeds up to 100bpm.
Using the inverted “U” method of insertion, the Lakso® Model 100 also has multiple cotton insertion capability. King Cottoner
The King cottoner utilizes cotton or synthetic material in rope form. Cotton is pulled through sets of rollers, torn to a pre-determined length, then led over a cylinder while a blade descends to push the middle piece of the cotton over a cylinder. The cylinder inverts and a ram descends to insert the cotton ends-first into the container.
CE-marked, this robust cottoner features fully interlocked guarding, adjustable feet and power lift assembly.
Nova 450-30 Slat Desiccant Inserter
The NOVA 450-30 is specifically designed for canister-type desiccants. This desiccant feeder is an independent and self-contained system and is part of an overall packaging line system. The NOVA 450-30 works together with a conveyor section equipped with bottle indexing, controlled by an air cylinder gating system.
Optional detection, the DesiTect Inspection System, is designed to detect the presence of a desiccant in the chute divider assembly prior to entering the container. If a desiccant is not present, the container will automatically be ejected from the line.
Kalish Centrifugal
The Kalish Centrifugal is specifically designed for canister-type desiccants. Utilizing a rotary feed system can accommodate most standard canister desiccants without the need for change parts, it allows for multiple drops in the same indexing system.
Easy to clean and changeover, the Kalish Centrifugal features an enclosed stainless steel cabinet and motorized height adjustments.
Sleekly designed, it can achieve speeds of up to 90 bottles per minute.
Swiftpack Desiccant Inserter
The Swiftpack Desiccant Inserter is designed to feed desiccants from a vibratory bowl into containers in counts of 1-5. The vibratory feed system has a gravity discharge chute and pneumatic gating system mounted on a stainless steel base, and is arranged to fit over a standard conveyor.
CE-marked, the unit also features electronic controls to detect missing desiccants in chute, full chute, and sensors to detect that desiccants have left the discharge chute.
StarCap
Ergonomically designed, the StarCap capper offers a smaller footprint than most other conventional capping machines. Featuring starwheel indexing and a Sortlevator cap feeding system, the StarCap can reach speeds of up to 90 bottles per minute.
The patented push-through cap system with pre-spin and air-driven final torquing station, provides highly accurate torquing results. Minimal changeover time and simplified operation are a result of repeatable scaled settings and quick release change parts. StarCap also includes low air pressure sensor, Camco indexer driver, starwheel slip clutch and interlocked guarding.
StarCap Plus
The StarCap Plus has been designed to exceed the most stringent pharmaceutical requirements for packaging applications.
Along with many of the same features found on the standard StarCap model including starwheel indexing, Sortlevator cap feeding system, patented push-through cap system with pre-spin and air-driven final torquing station, the StarCap Plus uses a new servo drive.

King CS60
The King CS60 Capper utilizes an indexing starwheel system to hold bottles securely in place. Caps are fed from the orientation device through an adjustable chute to a transfer arm. This model can also be supplied with plug or stopper inserting stations or as a dual purpose screw and ROPP thread rolling machine.
Featuring full safety guarding with interlocks, the King CS60 provides for positive cap handling, accurate torque control and quick changeover. Depending on cap diameters and type, the CS60 can handle speeds up to 60 bottles per minute.
Torqit Retorquer
The Torqit inline cap torquer can be used to retorque after induction sealing or as a semi-automatic torquing unit.
Featuring a graduated slip clutch that adjusts without tools for an accurate final torque, the Torqit utilizes a unique PLC-controlled inline gating system to separate bottles and hold them securely while tightening.
The Torqit’s GMP design includes a sloped stand cover, interlocked guards and an easy adjust stand.
Kapit
The Kapit is a semi-automatic hand-activated cap torquer that is ideally suited for small production runs and lab areas where operators are constantly repeating the same motions.
The Kapit is available either with the pneumatic support arm that can easily be mounted to a conveyor or work station, or simply with a coiled air line that can be suspended from the ceiling. The support arm helps to prevent carpal tunnel syndrome by eliminating reaction torque, thus providing effortless handling.
The Kapit uses cap chucks and v-shaped inserts that can accommodate a variety of cap diameters.

CD150 & CD180 CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Fillers
The CD150 and CD180 are fully automatic tube fillers capable of reaching speeds up to 150 tubes per minute (180 per minute for CD180 model).
This unit can be equipped with either hot seal or hot jaws to seal plastic tubes, or a metal tube crimping unit for metal tubes. Machine can be customized to fill both plastic and metal tubes, with a 5-minute, tool-less changeover.
Available options include heated hopper, nitrogen purging, explosion-proof, and laminar flow sterile systems.

CT240 CO.MA.DI.S. Tube Filler
The CT240 is a fully automatic tube filler capable of reaching speeds up to 250 tubes per minute.

CR-1 CO.MA.DI.S. Robotic Infeed System
The new CR-1 robotic empty tube infeed system provides for automatic loading of tubes from a carton to the tube filling machine. The CR-1 is positioned outside of the tube filler, avoiding any risk of potential product contamination and allowing maximum visibility and accessibility.
This tube infeed system can be used with any type of existing tube filler and can be customized for special applications.

RTV CO.MA.DI.S. Jar Filler & Capper
The RTV Jar Filler and Capper is a small footprint machine that provides multiple operations within the same unit: dispensing of product, product leveling, trimming and positioning of aluminum foil, foil thermosealing, manual or automatic under-cap feeding with pick-and-place unit, manual or automatic cap feeding with pick-and-place unit and automatic cap torquing.
The RTV can be equipped with either manual or automatic feeding of empty jars and is capable of reaching speeds up to 60 jars per minute.

IMA “Easy” Cartoning Machine
The IMA “Easy” is a compact, automatic horizontal intermittent-motion cartoner that is designed for both hand-loaded and low speed applications, achieving speeds up to 80 cartons per minute.
Its sleek, compact design allows easy access for cleaning and rapid changeover. The “Easy” cartoner can be integrated to the CO.MA.DI.S. tube filling machines, to provide a complete packaging solution.

IMA “Flexa” Cartoning Machine
The IMA “Flexa” is an intermittent or continuous motion horizontal cartoner that is designed as a high performance machine, achieving speeds up to 200 cartons per minute.
Operator-friendly, the “Flexa” provides easy access for cleaning and changeover with its cantilevered design. It can be integrated to the CO.MA.DI.S. tube filling machines, to provide a complete packaging solution.

Equipment Leasing
Equipment Leasing is available from many independent sources, and may be an option that could be useful when considering equipment purchases.
Leasing usually requires only one or two rental payments in advance, so retained cash can be used for other working capital requirements. There are also often income tax benefits to leasing that may be viable for your company.
