StarCap
Ergonomically designed, the StarCap capper offers a smaller footprint than most other conventional capping machines. Featuring starwheel indexing and a Sortlevator cap feeding system, the StarCap can reach speeds of up to 90 bottles per minute.
The patented push-through cap system with pre-spin and air-driven final torquing station, provides highly accurate torquing results. Minimal changeover time and simplified operation are a result of repeatable scaled settings and quick release change parts. StarCap also includes low air pressure sensor, Camco indexer driver, starwheel slip clutch and interlocked guarding. |
