Swiftpack Swiftsort Linear Bottle Unscrambler
The Swiftpack Linear Unscrambler offers two unique feeding systems; with Step Feeder or with Disk Feeder. The Step Feeder utilizes flighted steps to position containers onto a belt orientation system. The Disk Feeder version uses the same orientation system but is fed using a rotary format and is capable of unscrambling up to 40 different bottle types with a few simple change parts.
These unscramblers can attain speeds of up to 240 bottles per minute, and can be integrated into existing lines and synchronized to line outputs where container back-up controls will start and stop the system on demand. |
